Remove your LOYALTY Jewelry before bathing, workouts, swimming or any activities that may tarnish or break your Jewelry. – Store your pieces separately or in your LOYALTY custom pouch, and always hang your necklaces. – Remove your stacked bracelets one by one to avoid any damages. – Avoid applying any perfume, hairspray, or abrasive household chemicals to your LOYALTY Jewelry. – Do not attempt to clean your Loyalty Jewelry with jewelry cleaner or silver polish, it will damage the finish and color or your Jewelry. You may wipe or clean your LOYALTY Jewelry with a soft cloth.
Loyalty ships in 48-72 hours after purchase unless a custom order is placed. LOYALTY ships via United Postal Service (UPS), Federal Express (FedEx), and United States Postal Service for $6.OO. Loyalty is not responsible for damaged packaged that were shipped without insurance. Loyalty Jewelry is delivered in 3-5 business days and tracking information will be sent via email once your purchase has been shipped, Federal Express 2-day shipping available for an additional $15.00
If your Loyalty Jewelry requires repairs please email Info@LoyaltyJewelryOnline.com. If your beaded stretchy bracelet breaks, Loyalty will restring your bracelet up to 90 days with no additional charges; Fees will apply to all repairs submitted 90 days after the purchase date. Loyalty will not replace any tarnished charms.
